Discharge Temperature |

1.The features of blowing machine:
The whole machine is designed according to the linear high-speed machine, and the equipment is lengthened to ensure high quality product and high output, which can be suitable for rapid prototyping of various bottles.
2.Preform transfer system:
-Adopting the connecting rods structure.
-Advantages: Light weight, wear resistant. When the machine is running and running for many years,the rods length is always fixed. And the center distance won't be changed.(If chain type, long-term running, will elongated the center distance)
3. Mold Clamping Unit:
-Using Double servo motor for clamp make sure the clamping machine more stable and high speed operation,strong clamping force, then the bottle joint line is very slim and beautiful.
-Using the auto dosing lubrication system, so that the lubricating points of the clamping equipment can get uniform lubricating,ensure the clamping force is durable and reliable.
-The servo stretching system and servo clamping system have the advantages of uniform stretching speed,strong tensile strength and good product molding.
-It will only take 15 minutes to change the mold. Because the bottle blowing mold is with positioning function.
4.Efficiency constant temperature oven:
-Each layer of lamp are separately controlled.
-Heater flexibility: The height and width of reflector and lamps in heating zone can be adjusted .Which can fit for different kinds of pet preform heating ,meanwhile. Automatic vent temperature device is equipped to keep the oven temperature steady.
-Preform self-rotation system,ensure every side of every preforms are heated evenly,which ensure quality of blown bottle.
-Neck cooling in oven: preform necks are cooled by recycling water and wind, which avoid neck deformation.
-Using the most advanced high frequency ruby infrared lamps,increasing heating efficiency 30%-50%
5.Intelligent:
Adopting advanced human-computer interface to control the whole working procedures.with steady performance and easy for operation,maintenance.
6. Full automation:
Take-in preform, heat, blow ,take out bottle all are automatic.with the advantage of non-pollution, high efficiency.
